This really cute purple sleeper was a gift from my friend Cielo, another preemie girl here at Alta Bates. She also has really wonderful parents who have become good friends with my mommy and daddy. Cielo and I will grow up together and play in the park together.
My abuelita Tina, hoping that I would go home with mommy and daddy before Christmas, made a Santa cap and this big stocking to put me in for the trip home... but it was still too early for me to go home in it. It still made for a bunch of lovely family Christmas photos don't you think?
I even had a special Christmas bib to use. Do I look happy in it? We spent a beautiful Christmas Eve and Christmas Day together since mommy and daddy spent the night at the hospital with me. We are a happy little family.
My auntie Ikuko spent some time with us Christmas Eve too. She brought gifts to my bedside so we could have a mini-Christmas gift opening session. I received a beautiful Winnie the Pooh outfit for when I'm bigger.
My daddy is so happy when he feeds me. I think he actually enjoys it, do you?
